For some reason, I was struck with the idea of writing a small and fictional journal entry from the viewpoint of a soldier during the American Civil War. I didn’t want to focus too much on the actual war itself, but what might happen in the eyes of a Civil War soldier after the war had ended. There isn’t anything special in here, but it was just random thoughts that went through my head.
Call me nerdy. Call me a loser. Call me any derogatory comment you’d like, but I have to get something off of my chest. I currently partake in a Harry Potter roleplaying site.

The best advice I have ever received in regards to writing was to write what you love. If a person is forced to write about something for which he or she has no love, the words will be empty vessels written out of spite.
